First let me tell you about The Merry go round group it is a group of artists/crafts-women as they link hands around the world and tell you a little about their lives and art. We are group of 11 women from all over the world.
This last friday of this month the theme is` Share a  photo that affects you  someway`
I love making pictures, I think  I use my camera everyday.. so I descide to stick to a picture I made myself. Terrible diffycult to choose just one but here it is:
viltalakim, aquilegia, akelei
I really love this flower (Aquilegia ) as it is a sign summer is coming. This one is really special as it has a double layer of petals and all the ribbles in it, a little piece of art, just like many other flowers and plants are.. I can get inspired to make felt with a structure like this.
Please see which picture my other merriers have chosen.

Hi all!! Hoi Allemaal!!
No I didn’t disappeared, or else, it was just I was way too occupied with the last things which needed to be done before we left for our vacation to Sweden and as I don’t have a laptop/ notebook  (jet) . I wasn’t able to connect the internet for 12 days…. But last night we came home and today it is the merry go round day: the last friday of the month.

This last friday of December the theme is:
Collaboration project.
We descided to exchange some stuf we normally make/ use with someone else of the group. I got somethigns from Agathe  at Le Bar du Vent .  I got such lovely things from Agathe: some swarovski glass beads, some cute lace and some nice pendants.  I was very excited when I unpacked them.

supplies from Agathe

My months were really full with workshops and other stuff I needed to take care of so I descided to take everything along on my vacation to Sweden.  Yes they have even been taken along to Stockholm!!
After Stockholm we went back to my friend in the very south of Sweden and started felting there nearly every evening.  I first made a ring with a lovely crystal pedant…  and after that I felted things my friend needed… now that I am writing about this I realise I could have incorparated the lace into this ring. I simply forgot.
So on my next ring I will make I will add the lace :)
I really loved this collaboration project as I needed to thhink of something made with a material I never used before. I loved it!! The ring looks  delicate, compared to my other rings.  So thank you Agathe for sending these items!!!
wetfelting, wool,
Some of my felt I send to Fabienne at Easterya Jewellery Creations.. I cannot wait to go and read what she made with my stuff.
